Press Windows+R keyboard shortcut to open Run dialogue box. Type msconfig and press Enter. Go to the Services tab and find FLEXnet Licensing Service. If you are using any Adobe product, or any other product that uses The FLEXnet Licensing Service, then you must not disable flexnet licensing service, because if it is disabled then Adobe programs may stop working.
